At Jackets4All, we take pride in manufacturing and supplying quality jackets, teamwear, leather items, varsity jackets, rodeo jackets, chenille emblems, and custom apparel made to our customers’ specifications.

Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, embroidered, logo-printed, or produced for teams, clubs, groups, and organizations, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Custom Orders

All custom, personalized, embroidered, printed, logo, team, school, award, rodeo, chenille, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or we made an error with your approved order details.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom jackets
Letterman or varsity jackets
Rodeo award jackets
Teamwear and group apparel
Embroidered or printed logo products
Chenille emblems and patches
Items made in custom colors, sizes, materials, or specifications

Stock Items

Stock, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returned stock items must not have any custom embroidery, printing, patches, logos, alterations, or personalization.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please include:

Your name
Order details
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, defect, damage, or incorrect detail
Photos of the packaging, if the shipment was damaged in transit

If we determine that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customer-Approved Artwork, Sizing, and Details

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including sizing, colors, materials, spelling, names, logos, embroidery, patches, and artwork.

Once an order has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Jackets4All is not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs, spelling, sizing, measurements, colors, artwork, or specifications.

The Jackets4All site provides size charts and measurement guidance for customers to choose the correct size. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect due to our error:

Custom-made products
Personalized or embroidered products
Printed or logo products
Chenille patches or emblems
Special-order materials or colors
Team, school, club, organization, or group orders
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been approved, embroidery/printing has started, or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error made by Jackets4All.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Jackets4All is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please allow processing time after your return has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges, rush fees, artwork/setup fees, embroidery fees, customization fees, and other production-related charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by Jackets4All.
